had a yummy lunch and man the store has just about everything in it. Even though the prices are a little high... But you're on the coast so what do you expect! Over all the experience was great and there are a hell of a lot nicer there than they are at the other place on the cape. If you need something make sure you stop here to get it

Love the Trading Post ! From the wonderful owners down to the wonder staff and great service you can't get any better while staying/working or just visiting while on vacation in beautiful Cape San Blas! Order a Pizza or buy one of the many wonderful line of Tshirts and wonderful gifts they have to offer . Grocerie shop within the store, with many options and types of food to choose from . My family and I highly recommend The Trading Post for your next Cape San Blas shopping experience ðŸ’¯ðŸŒž

This is a small convenience store / grocery. We love the pkace and the people who run it, but I would not expect to find much food that isn't conventional. Also the prices are what you would expect for a small independent shop.
